How do I know which plan is right for me?

We can help you! Just book a call with us and we’ll recommend a credit level for you based on your team’s needs as well as your expected design volume and velocity. Let’s find the best option, together.

What is the minimum commitment?

The minimum subscription commitment is one year. We only offer annual plans because we’ve found that Digital Ai is best used to meet your ongoing creative needs. By making an annual commitment, we’re able to offer you the flexibility to switch between using any of the services available in your plan and rolling over unused credits every month. Our dedicated team will deepen its knowledge and understanding of your needs and preferences; the longer you use Digital Ai the more value you’re able to get.

How does the onboarding work?

All our customers can access personalized onboarding run by your Digital AI team. During the onboarding process, we quickly and efficiently get you ready to submit projects through a kick-off session where we unpack all that Digital AI and your new creative team has to offer. You can get up and running within a few days for production projects, and we’ll learn your brand quickly to take o more complex creative concepting projects.

Do you do custom plans?

We designed our levels to accommodate what our customers usually require to accomplish their creative goals. However, we can customize the number of credits if you have larger and more complex needs. Otherwise, all plans are identical, giving you full access to everything you need from Digital AI, regardless of the number of credits you have.

What billing options do you offer?

We offer credit card billing or invoicing.

What happens if I don't use all my credits in a month?

Our model is designed to be flexible because we know that your needs might fluctuate. Unlike agency retainers where you use it or lose it, unused credits will roll over for up to 3 months, ensuring you get full value from your subscription.
